GaleLubs ESP Motor Oil
GaleLubs ESP Motor Oil is a lubricant intended for Electrical Submersible Pump (ESP) oil pump motors used in the petroleum industry. The ESP pump works below ground level where the pump motor allows it to come into contact with formation water which has the potential to conduct electricity. Therefore, the Dielectric Strength (Dielectric Breakdown Voltage/DBV) parameter plays an important and decisive role in the specifications of this lubricating oil product apart from of course the viscosity.
Brand History
GaleLubs ESP Motor Oil was developed and produced by LEMIGAS together with PT. Gauri Hanenda Koritek (GHK) since 2016. This product was previously traded as the Motolubs brand which was launched in 2017 by the Deputy Minister of Energy and Mineral Resources, Mr. Dr. Arcandra Tahar. This product has been used by Schlumberger, Baker Hughes, Pertamina and Novomet. Currently, LEMIGAS and GHK no longer use the Motolubs brand. Instead, we use GaleLubs as a brand and continue to develop ESP lubricants in accordance with advances in base oil and additive technologies.
Established in 1965, LEMIGAS has the most equipped lubricating oil laboratory in Indonesia and is a National reference for lubricating oil testing. As an internationally accredited laboratory, LEMIGAS has the standard of SNI ISO/IEC 17025:2017 and of ISO 9001:2015, therefore, every batch and any production operation of GaleLubs ESP Motor Oil are ensured through QA and QC according to the standards.
