Hydraulics Oil
Transmission Hydraulic oils (THO) transmit power in hydraulic equipment and are used in power transmission applications. They are incompressible fluids used as the power transmitting media in hydraulic systems. Hydraulic power systems commonly involve a pump (as a power source), a series of tubes or elastomeric hoses for transmitting pressurized fluid, and some type of control (typically a series of valves, actuators, or cylinders). As the power transmission media, hydraulic fluids are indispensable in these systems.
GaleLubs THO made from the highest quality base oils available and an additive package that contains thermal stabilizers and lubricity agents that are not found in conventional hydraulic fluids. It gives operators and equipment owners the extra protection for their investment and reduces downtime due to heat and lack of lubrication. The oil is compatible with various type of elastomers of valves, actuators, or cylinders in hydraulic system.

Product Advantages
1. Very good in lubricity. It lubricate each contacted surface or component, especially those which are dynamic or have tight tolerances.
2. The oil is outstanding in thermal and oxidative stability to deliver longer fluid life. It is also a chemically and physically stable fluid. The oil retains its characteristics throughout large pressure fluctuations as well as during long-term storage.
3. Excellent antifoam characteristics. Foam inhibition is an important part of many industrial specifications. Foam can give rise to oil spillage, inefficient control response and many other problems. The antifoam additive is compatible in the field. In addition, it minimize the effect on air entrainment, allowing more base oils and viscosity grades to reach OEM air entrainment standards.

Applications
GaleLubs THO provides large amounts of power using relatively small tubes and hoses. Typical hydraulic applications include excavator booms, dippers, and buckets; hydraulic brakes; power steering systems; mechanical transmission systems; lifts; and general industrial machinery.
